The TCQY double-deck cylinder primary cleaning screen is a wide-ranging cleaning equipment that can be used to clean up large and small impurities in raw grains such as wheat rice and corn.
 
The TCQY double-deck cylinder primary cleaning screen uses the different sizes of grain particles and impurity particles to remove large and small impurities in the raw grain by rotating the screen. The aperture of the inner and outer screens of the double-layer cylindrical screen is different. The inner screen has a larger aperture than the net grain and the outer screen has a smaller aperture than the net grain. When cleaning the raw grain the material enters the inner sieve cylinder from the inlet and rotates through the sieve cylinder which is larger than the inner The large impurities in the sieve pores are cleaned out and discharged from the large sieve opening; the materials smaller than the sieve pores of the inner sieve enter the outer sieve cylinder through the sieve pores of the inner sieve. Under the rotating screening of the sieve cylinder it passes through the sieve holes of the outer screen flows into the small hopper and is discharged from the small miscellaneous opening; and the net grains that have been screened are discharged from the grain outlet.
