Scope of application: SCQZ series of cone powder primary cleaning screens are mainly used for the primary cleaning of powdered by-products in compound feed plants. It can effectively crush the agglomerates in the powdered by-products and separate the mixed in the powdered by-products. Straw hemp rope paper stones etc. are mixed to ensure the normal operation of subsequent equipment. The machine can also be used for sieving the mixed materials clearing the masses and ensuring the quality of the compound feed.
 
Working principle: When the powder sieve is working normally the feeding screw forcibly feeds the powder into the sieve cylinder. The powder is impacted by the continuously rotating plate inside the sieve cylinder and the agglomerated materials in the powder are broken up. At the same time the powder material moves in a circular motion around the inner surface of the sieve cylinder under the push of the punching plate. Under the action of centrifugal force powders smaller than the sieve hole diameter quickly pass through the sieve holes and are collected to the discharge port at the bottom to be discharged. And finally discharged outside the machine.
